Join Zoë of Flow With Zoë for a transformative week at Lake Atitlán, Guatemala.
This week will be a journey in one of the most expansive, sacred, and breathtaking places on Planet Earth. Get ready for an adventure of a lifetime BOTH externally (through the landscapes we’ll explore) and internally (through reconnecting with ourselves).
Surrounded by three majestic volcanoes, vibrant Mayan communities, and centuries of ritual, connection, and wisdom, Lake Atitlán has a magnetic energy that invites you to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with what truly matters.
This retreat is an invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life and create intentional space for yourself. A space to nourish your body, quiet your mind, reconnect with your intuition, and return to the parts of yourself that often get lost in the endless doing.
Together, we’ll explore one of the most beautiful corners of the world while practicing yoga, sculpt, meditation, breathwork, mindfulness, journaling, and intentional self-study. Through movement, introspection, reflection, and community, we’ll create space to explore new perspectives, cultivate mindful thought patterns, and deepen our awareness of ourselves and the world around us.
What Can You Expect?
Our journey begins in the charming colonial city of Antigua, a UNESCO World Heritage Site filled with colorful architecture, cobblestone streets, rooftop cafés, and rich history. This is where our group will gather for the first day. We will share a beautiful welcome dinner, meaningful conversations, and the first moments of connection that will carry us throughout the week!
If your schedule allows, we highly recommend arriving one day early to experience even more of Antigua’s magic.
On day two, we’ll make our way to our home for the week: Isla Verde, a peaceful lakefront eco-retreat center nestled on the shores of Lake Atitlán. Surrounded by lush gardens, breathtaking volcano views, and the calming energy of the lake, Isla Verde is the perfect place to unplug, recharge, and settle into the rhythm of the week. Throughout our time together, you’ll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the beauty and culture of Lake Atitlán through daily yoga, sculpt, meditation, breathwork, mindfulness practices, journaling, and intentional moments of reflection.
Our days will be balanced with nourishing locally sourced meals, meaningful cultural experiences, adventure, and plenty of time to simply be. Whether you’re relaxing by the lake, soaking in the hot tub, enjoying the temazcal sauna, journaling with a cup of tea, moving your body, hiking through the jungle, or watching the sunrise over the volcanoes, each moment is an invitation to slow down and savor the experience.
Adventure, Culture & Connection
Lake Atitlán is a place where nature, culture, and community intertwine. During our week together, you’ll have the opportunity to explore landscapes, paddle across the crystal-clear waters of the lake, hike through the surrounding mountains, jump off waterside cliffs, and discover the beauty of nearby Mayan villages.
Our cultural experiences will invite us deeper into the heart of Guatemala, from connecting with local artisans and women’s weaving cooperatives to learning about Mayan traditions, sharing meaningful conversations, and supporting the communities that make this place so special.
There will be moments of adventure and exploration, challenge, moments of stillness and reflection, moments of laughter, and moments of deep connection.
A week to MOVE your body, to OPEN your mind, and ARRIVE back in your heart center. This week will stretch you, expand your perspective, build lifelong friendships, and bring you magic that happens when you give yourself permission to slow down and simply be.
Come exactly as you are. Leave feeling more connected, inspired, and deeply dropped into the beautiful home thats been within you this entire time.
